By accessing or using TracePilot AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and developers who access or use the Service.
TracePilot AI provides an observability and debugging platform for autonomous AI agents. The Service allows you to trace, replay, inspect, and fork AI agent executions via our SDK and web dashboard. The Service includes API key generation, trace storage, time-travel debugging, and related developer tools.
You must authenticate via GitHub or Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized third parties. You must provide accurate and complete information during authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content, data, and agent executions you transmit through the Service. You must ensure that your use of AI agents traced by TracePilot complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
The Service provides API access subject to rate limits and usage quotas. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits, suspend access, or terminate accounts that exceed fair usage. API keys are intended for individual developer use. You must not expose API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or unsecured environments. We reserve the right to revoke or regenerate API keys at any time for security reasons.
TracePilot AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TracePilot AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your traces, agent data, and code remain your property. We do not claim ownership over the data you send through our SDK. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service and for analytics purposes.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TracePilot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. TracePilot AI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall TracePilot AI's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. You acknowledge that AI agent behavior is inherently unpredictable and TracePilot AI is not responsible for the actions, outputs, or decisions of your AI agents.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
